To cut or not to
I am having a much harder time going through all the milestones with Landon than I did with Micah. With Micah everything was new and I wanted to see him do everything. But now I realize it all went by so fast so now I am trying to delay it with Landon. I know that Landon will be my baby for awhile. We are not wanting more children any time soon. I don't really do much with him like I did with Micah. I am starting to feel really bad about it.
With all that said I don't want to give Landon his 1st hair cut because in some ways it feels like that is the next step in him not being a baby anymore. I know, I can't delay it but it is so hard! Landon really needs a hair cut..........he is starting to look like don king........a cute don king...........but still. So, soon you may see a new hair cut Landon pic. I actually just realized I do have a hard time cutting Micah's.........maybe it's just me (:

He actually plays with his toys!
I caught Landon rummaging through his toy basket. It was quite funny because he would pick up a toy.........look at it for a minute.........and then throw it aside......haha! Looking at these pictures makes me realize how much he has changed in just a couple of weeks!

Landon is almost 11 months!
Landon is not really close to walking yet, but I'm not in a hurry. He is growing so fast and he will be one very soon. I can't believe it!

Sick with ear issues, so might as well blog!
This dumb ear infection is getting annoying. I have had it for 2 weeks, although now I think it is just an outer ear infection. I woke up this morning with a little (in medical terms) serosanguineous drainage on my pillow! yuck! And yesterday it was starting to feel better!
So, I didn't go to church b/c I felt horrible. And of course Chris worked all night so he wanted to sleep. He let me lay in bed for about an hour...........what a good hubby (: Now he is off to bed. Sundays are crazy for us. I usually do kids church and in the evenings we help with the student group.
Some other news is Chris was sort of offered a job in Austin, Texas. It would be back in ministry! He would love this. We have very mixed emotions about this (mostly me). Micah would miss his Aunt Heather and cousins so much. We spend alot of time together. That would be very sad to not see them. So we are praying about this now and I just pray if this is what we need to do God will make me content with it.

My baby growing up
Landon is crusing everywhere. It is funny though when he loses his balance b/c he gets this worried look on his face (: I love his little cloth diaper butt. I never thought I would love cloth diapers.......I mean doesn't that sound crazy!? I am addicted to them. They are so soft and (I think) very easy now. Rather than the old pin days. The disposables don't smell up the garage anymore......and unless you open the pail (stand back & watch out!hehe) it's all good!

I would have taken more pictures if I wasn't sick with a double ear infection the whole week! and some other issues. It was miserable. I wanted to go out and do stuff but I mostly just sat in the cabin. I enjoyed being with everyone though.
