Landon is 1 !!!! pre-b-day pics
well..............Just an update. I STILL have not cut the hair. I really would now but I haven't found the time. It is amazing how much more busy you can get with 2 kids. I was thinking about how I used to take Micah everywhere and now I hardly go anywhere.
It looks like Landon will be on formual until 15 months or so like Micah. We have tried cow's milk, goat's milk and I am just going back to formula b/c I know he can tolerate that. Micah grew out of his sensitivity to milk but I still have to limit his intake to a couple of glasses a day. Really, I am not too worried about the whole bottle thing b/c I see toddlers around Micah's age on the bottle still and that is way too long. I know Landon just needs it for a little while longer.
Landon isn't walking.......which is fine. He is very daring........but yet cautious. Which I don't understand b/c he jumps right into some things but walking, for example, he is really cautious about. But, he still wears a size 2 shoe!!! So his feet are probably way too small to walk! haha
He also doesn't talk as much as Micah..........but they are VERY different so there is no comparing. He is so laid back and I think his little mind soaks in alot more than we know. He isn't in a hurry to do anything like Micah was. I love everything about them both and how different they are.
I am so proud of Landon. This is such a great joy for me to watch him grow up. I love my little one year old!

To cut or not to
I am having a much harder time going through all the milestones with Landon than I did with Micah. With Micah everything was new and I wanted to see him do everything. But now I realize it all went by so fast so now I am trying to delay it with Landon. I know that Landon will be my baby for awhile. We are not wanting more children any time soon. I don't really do much with him like I did with Micah. I am starting to feel really bad about it.
With all that said I don't want to give Landon his 1st hair cut because in some ways it feels like that is the next step in him not being a baby anymore. I know, I can't delay it but it is so hard! Landon really needs a hair cut..........he is starting to look like don king........a cute don king...........but still. So, soon you may see a new hair cut Landon pic. I actually just realized I do have a hard time cutting Micah's.........maybe it's just me (:

He actually plays with his toys!
I caught Landon rummaging through his toy basket. It was quite funny because he would pick up a toy.........look at it for a minute.........and then throw it aside......haha! Looking at these pictures makes me realize how much he has changed in just a couple of weeks!
